Bentley & Baylor Party Hard
How fun for Bentley and his best friend Baylor to have the same birthday! They have shared a birthday party a few times now and every time, it is so much fun! Plus, I get to host a party with one of best friends so it doesn't get more fun for a Mom either!
We decided to throw together a last minute birthday party for these boys last wednesday morning during the teachers strike. I mean.. it did feel like perfect timing! Alli and I organized it together, bought what we needed to, picked up donuts and so many glow sticks and made a super fun glow in the dark Volleyball birthday party for our boys!
They invited 20 friends, plus some siblings who are the same age as Carter and Nixon and it truly was so much fun!
The boys requested Pizza and donuts so we made that happen! We had them made big candy bags to take home with them too. It was a big success and actually the teachers strike with no school in the middle of the week on a (suppose to be) school day was a perfect time for everyone.
We are so so grateful for this amazing group of friends that Bentley and Baylor have. They have a crew who get along, are kind and really so many of them have grown up together since kindergarten/grade 1. We are so lucky that our boy is surrounded by really good kids.
Bentley and Baylor were absolutely SPOILED by his friends. Like, too spoiled. And Bentley's girlfriend, Nola, made a little extra something for him. My heart melted right into a puddle. She is so sweet.
I am so grateful for Baylor and the amazing friend he is to Bentley. He is kind, always looking out for him and truly ALWAYS has his back. Bay Bay, we love you and LOVE celebrating with you!!
Bentley, I loved celebrating you! I cannot believe that in 18 short days you will officially be a TEENAGER! We ADORE you, Bentley. You are kind and amazing and no wonder have such a great group of friends to grow up with. Cannot wait to ring in your official 13th birthday in a couple of weeks! Happy Birthday Party to my two favourite Halloween babies!
