He's Thirty Eight!

 Happy Birthday to my all time favourite crush, my hot boyfriend and my forever husband! Brian, you make everything better. You fix problems, hold me close when I spiral, keep a secret stash of my favourite candy in your bedside table for late night movie date nights! You continue to show up in a way that always makes me take a second look. You really are the best and I love celebrating you! 

The kids and I planned a fun day for Dad! We started with a lazy morning. We didn't get our of bed until 10am! Carter was still asleep so Dad took the opportunity grab his whistle from his coaching bag and wake Carter up with the loudest whistle and yelling "Technical foul for sleeping in on Dad's Birthday!!" Hahahaha, Carter was up in a flash and was all smiles however a war has begun because he said he plans to return the favour on his birthday lol. 

We did gifts first thing in the morning. We got him some new work pants, a couple pairs of shorts and a new graphic-T! 

We went to LaunchPad from 2-3:30pm and it was so much fun! The hour and a half flew by! I think we could have stayed there for hours we had so much fun together and everyone left saying "we should do that again as a family!! So, I'd say it was a success! 

The day did not end there. We did dinner at The Keg where Brian had the biggest steak and felt so full and after letting dinner settle we took a drive for ice cream for dessert. 

Brian, you make all my dreams come true. I am so wildly obsessed with you! I hope you know just how important and loved you are! Thank you for always being so kind, thoughtful and understanding. I feel so grateful for you and would choose you over and over in every lifetime.
