Shooting Star Champs!

 The girls did it! Last weekend Penny's team was in the Shooting Stars Classic Tournament in Calgary. The games were so exciting and Penny played GREAT! They played 3 games over the weekend and crushed them! 

Our girls won by 2 on Friday and then by only 1 point on Saturday morning! 

They played in the championship game on Saturday evening and won by 20 something points! Watching Penny work so hard and be a difference maker on her team is so exciting. I can see her joy and confidence overflowing when she makes a bucket or gets a steal. She is aggressive and works so hard and holy cow we are SO SO proud of her!!! 

This little team has been so good for Penny. I appreciate all the older girls on this team who are so kind and really help the younger girls out. They walked away with the championship title and we were all so happy for them! 

Way to go FYB! 

Our next tournament is the second Alley-Oop tournament and we're all literally counting the days out of excitement. Cannot wait!
