Luna Lu
This past week we've had our favourite hamster again. We got to babysit Luna while my sister and her family were away and was it ever more comical this time around!
Penny played barbie's with Luna... and surprisingly, Luna was actually so interested in it (as interested as a hamster can be I guess..)
Luna slept all day long (except when playing barbies) but in the evening, she would be awake and her and Kobe would have staring contestes together.
He was serioulsy obsessed with her. He would cry and jump at the counter top when she was awake. I wasn't sure if he wanted to eat her or kiss her... it was a fine line I think.
My nephew, Taytum's, only request was a cousin photo. You know... Luna and Kobe.... this was stressful! LOL but we made it happen. Kobe did however get a lick in and then was shaking out of excitment. Taking the fur cousin photo was hard but worth it! We got one!
After that night when we wouldn't let him play with her (you know.. cause of that fine line of kissing or eating) he was legit depressed! Like, sad and and just wanted Luna... lol
Haha. Im sure he actually would have been fine with her but I wasn't willing to risk it on sweet Luna, just incase!
We had a great week with Luna. Luckily, hamsters are so easy to care for so it was simple and awesome. We will get her again in September and I know for a fact that Kobe will be the most excited about it!
