You are my Sunshine
This little girl of ours is going through a little phase of separation anxiety from me. Although my mom heart is so wildly flattered, sometimes its actually kind of sad. It's hard for her to get out of the van in the morning and go into the school. Its hard for her when I leave for a photoshoot or to run a quick errand alone. She says she just misses me, I miss you too girl.
I love that she still needs me. I love the extra kiss and extra "too-da-loo" as she leaves. I love how as she walks away she turns around and looks at me with one last little wave. I love her so much.
I also want her to be independant and confient. I also miss the days that she would hop out of the van and run as fast as she could without looking back. Each phase special in their own way.
More than anything else, I am just so grateful for her and all the sunshine she brings to me everyday.
Penny has been flourishing in dance. We both LOVE this new studio we tried this year and she really loves going every Monday. She is in Acro and Ballet and I am so proud of her. This week they had a photographer come in and take some candid photos and I am IN LOVE with Penny's. I may be bias but she's my favourite dancer of all time. Because photos are so important to me and I cherish every single one of them I had to purchase just a few. They took 25 total of Penny and that would have cost me $435 so I settled for an $80 bill and that included my favrouite two photos from Ballet...
