A Chosen Tribe.

We always say you don't get to choose your family but Id argue that when it comes to in-laws, you kina do and I am so grateful for my inlaws. I really did hit the jackpot. This past weekend we did our updated extended family photos, on a whim and Im so glad they worked out as good as they did!

It is always so fun to update these pictures every year and to get all those cousins together! This year this awesome cousin clan grew by two more with Henry and Jasper joining our big family. How fun is it that Mom and Dad Reed have FOURTEEN grandkids!! Truly, so much fun to be with everyone!

And the boy picture is definitely getting bigger than the girl one!

I am thankful that although my hands are so busy during this shoot each year taking the photos, our kids were so well behaved. We even had to be up and ready and out of the house by 7am this particular morning because Carter was playing in a basketball tournament. It was a crazy day and Carter, Bentey and Penny were so good for all of it!

I love how these photos turned out this year and am so grateful for this chosen tribe of inlaws. I couldn't have asked for a better villiage!
