Dear Santa.

To finish off our busy weekend, we decorated the house, put up our Christmas Tree and wrote our letters to Santa.

The boys don't seem to have one specific request to Santa this year. Penny is requesting specific boy/girl twin dollies that she saw in the store a few weeks back. This doen't surprise me in the slightest. It honestly looks like our bonus room is an orphanage with all of the dollies Penny has and loves.

I love reading their little letters to Santa.

Last night was also Brian's work Christmas Party. They had rented out the Zoo Lights and we all got to go. We should have known that the kids would be exhausted after a crazy busy weekend and lowered our expectations. It felt like we spent the entire night talking the kids off the ledge, asking them to behave, to be grateful and to cooperate. It was a cool experience to see the lights but I think everyone was just overtired.

I am feeling like I need a weekend from our weekend. I think tonight will be an early to bed kind of night!
