Cross Country
It was freezing this afternoon but we made the walk down with Castle and Harlow (Penny's friends) and Bentley was all nerves and didn't want to be late (even though we were there 25 minutes early.. totally my kid!)
He was happy to see his friends ready to race!
Bentley ran fast and passed himself for his 1km run and he came in 13th place between 5 schools against all the grade 2 boys, way to go buddy!!
Carter was up next!
He wasn't feeling 100% today and I was just so pleased that he was able to finish but he really did GREAT! Carter focused and got his 2km race done and came in 12th in all the grade 4 boys division for 5 schools. We are SO proud of him!!!!
We've just started the season and have two more big races to go! We're proud of these boys for all their hard work and determination! Seriously, they're amazing and have their father's focus!
