The piano ain't got no wrong keys

Since January of this year, Carter, Bentley and Penny have all been in Piano Lessons. We bought a really nice electric keyboard back in November last year and we've always wanted to give our kids the opportunity to learn how to play so when one of my amazing young women approached me to see if I would like for her to teach the kids, I was ALL over it!

Arianna has been such a blessing in our home. She is SO kind and sweet and truly, just no words to describe how wonderful she really is. She is also SO patient. My heart is so full and we've all had such great experience with her teaching the kids.

Arianna came to our house every Thursday from 4:15-5:15. She spends 15 minutes with Penny, 15 minutes with Bentley and 30 minutes with Carter.



Penny is still SUPER beginner but her confidence is soaring.





Bentley is really starting to get the hang of it and we are so proud of him!





In fact, Bentley recently did his final performance in Music at school and chose to do a couple of piano songs (he never even told me and Brian that he had this final in music!) and his teacher was blown away. He got "Mastery" as his grade and we're so happy for him!



Carter, has blown my mind. He has taken to the piano SO good! I never ever have to ask him to practice his piano for the week and he works on it until he memorizes the song. He has truly done amazing these last 5 months.







Piano for us, ending on May 30th. We will start again in September and honesty cannot wait! We love having Arianna over. She really is the best!

Of course we had to get her a little teacher gift as a thank you! Carter came up with the cute pun for the sour keys and they were so excited to give it to her!







I will recommend Arianna to everyone, my kids think she must be the BEST "pianor" teacher in the world and we are so happy. Counting down until September!



The kids celebrated being done piano by making a mess in my living room (but so fun and so creative so always worth it!) and when I told them they could each have ONE sour key for dessert, Bentley was so clever by picking the one that's actually two lol silly guy.





Im proud of these kids and although its SO nice to wrap things up for summer, we actually will really miss piano and will look forward to starting it again!
