Back to it!
Tomorrow morning we will wake up at 7, eat breakfast right away, shower, get dressed and be out the door at 8:10 to get to school. The Schedule is back, and Im not sure how I feel about it. Don't get me wrong, I LLLOOOOVVVVEEEE schedules but I actually really dislike sending the kids back to school. I love having them home, eating breakfast later, staying in our jammies until its socially unacceptable and just being together. I like to hog my kids you could say. I just adore them so much there will never be enough squishing, squeezing and kissing.. like ever.
Last week we went to the new Central Public Library in downtown Calgary and it really was just as gorgeous and amazing as everyone said it was. Its HUGE and so many fun things for adults, teens and kids there! I mean, there's an entire teens section with video games, cool booths to hang out in, a little cafe.. wouldn't it be nice if teenagers just hung out at the library instead of at a convenience store!? Amazing!
The kids were excited to go too but even more excited to hear that we could take the train downtown. They were elated!

It was so nice that Brian was able to come with us too. Gotta love those Wednesdays off even if that means we sacrifice our Saturdays.

The kids area was so fun for kids. It was completely packed but still a blast. We will for sure be going again!

The architecture was amazing! I could have people watched FOR HOURS here!

After we left the library, we walked around downtown for a little bit, stopped for lunch and then headed back to the train to head home. This is a great start to a new year. Although Im sad to send them all back to school tomorrow, Im already counting down the days until reading week for them! Man, I love this crew!
