Carter's Spring Soccer

Well.. FINALLY I can blog about this! Carter was in soccer this past spring and he was AMAZING! This boy sure has talent in this sport. Its his favourite sport and he just loves it! We were so excited for him and made a point to make sure our whole family was sitting by the sidelines each soccer night cheering him on! Brian was mostly sitting on the sidelines giving him advice on the next play and making sure he had quick feet.



Carter would come home from school on soccer days and get ready to go! He had such a great coach, Coach Johnathan, we got lucky with this guy and we really had such a fun team with great kids and awesome parents!

Carter's soccer skills skyrocketed during this short season. He would go in the backyard before and after soccer and practise and never gave up trying to improve. He cant wait to go back again next year.



Scorring goals was by far his favourite (of course) and cheering on his team was a close second. He really is quite competitive (just like his Dad!) so often we had to tell him "shhhhhh!!" when he would say ,"Aww COMMON" when the other team would score haha. Love ya bud!





I love watching his passion for soccer. I love seeing him excel and trying to figure it out one goal at a time. We're so proud of you buddy!!! Getting this soccer photo was kind of a nightmare (which is why Im only blogging about this now) but Im glad we finally have it! How the heck is this boy of ours looking so big!?
