This little Sunbeam

Oh my heart! How is my baby already a SUNBEAM! In our church children go to Nursery from 18 months to 3. In January each year all the kiddoes who turned 3 in Nursery move into Primary and the very first class for kids who are 3 turning 4 that year go to Sunbeams. Penny is by far our most extroverted child. He is ambitious and more than happy to introduce herself to a "friend" at the grocery store or say hi to kids who are crying to see if it helps. She (for the most part) isn't very shy but I was a little worried about her leaving nursery because there are a few "Babies" in there (in her eyes anyone younger than her is a baby) and she has become quite the little helper for the babies in nursery (we all know how much Penny loves babies!). Much to our surprise.. Penny was totally fine to leave nursery and go to Primary with her big brothers! She was so confident and not scared or nervous at all, just sheer excitement!

We are so proud of you Penny for being so brave. For always being willing to try new things with new people.

She is growing up so fast and my heart is full of mixed emotions. We love you so much Penny Girl! (And because how could I not... Here are all three of our little munchkins... all at 3 years old.. all their very first day of Sunbeams!)
