These Three Though...

Recently I took the kids to the Temple. Bentley wanted his birthday pictures taken there. He is secretly In love with bow ties and requested to have it on for his birthday pictures and his cute preschool pictures which I will post when I get them. He is such a stud!





But there was no way I was going to miss the opportunity to TRY to get a cute picture of the three of them at the temple.. so I tried and tried and FINALLY got a cute one!



But that picture did not come easy! Here is a sneak peak of what I was working with..









I cannot even tell you how many times I told Penny to stop touching her dress or to smile or to look at me.. and when one of them looked good, the other two looked... not good. lol

I got this cute shot of the three of them on the hill...



but not before I took these ones..





Are you laughing yet? Seriously, that last pose was carters pick... of course.

Taking ONE picture of Penny was so hard! She is s busy and I was on my own with them so it truly was nearly impossible..





And this is what I got... she's cute but her dress isn't sitting properly... but it was honestly THE ONLY one I got of just her so it will have to do!



They really did have so much fun exploring, peaking inside and taking in the calming feeling you feel when you're there.





Bentley and Carter are MUCH easier to take pictures of now. They do pretty good for the most part and they couldn't be any more handsome!









These three though... They are silly. They are sweet and wild. They are loud and crazy. THEY.ARE.FAST! They rarely stop and when 7:30pm rolls around I am completely exhausted. They are our world, even if we can mostly only ever capture silly faces.





I look 122 photos and came out with only a handful that I love and just like life, it can be hard and exhausting and sometimes you have to work really really hard to get what you want but if you do, even if its just one little piece of Gold in an entire pile of straw, you have won.
