April bliss.
Typically, I am completely anti-social. Play dates are rare in a sense and I am totally ok with that. The kids and I are on our own timeline and we know how to have fun together. I also feel no pressure for my kids to have play dates everyday. Lets be honest here.. I am WAY to exhausted to be coordinating that! Plus it feels extra hard with a little babe who is still napping at certain times during the day. But from time to time we hang out with people and its always such a treat!
Last week was play date crazy! We had something going on nearly every day and it was a lot, but we all had so much fun! We went over to my sister's house and the kids had a BLAST having a picnic lunch and jumping on her trampoline. Then her and the boys came over to our house for the rest of the afternoon... it was busy and wonderful! We met friends at the library to play in their cute kid area and we were also invited to Lena's community centre to play... and my boys are seriously in love with their adorable little cousins Lucy & Reed!
Lately I have been so bad for not hauling my camera around everywhere we go, so these adorable amazing pictures are from Lena!
The kids had SO MUCH FUN! Thank you so much for inviting us! Lets do it again!
We also just went to Fish creek with the Bennett's and, as expected, it was a blast! We love hanging out with them, its so fun, our kids get along great, they all have the same flavour of spice to their adorable fun personalities and they all LOVE to get dirty!
Literally SO dirty.. I wasn't sure if it was amazing.. or embarrassing.

We feel so lucky that the weather has been amazing, the kids and I are so excited to be able to use our backyard everyday this summer! Last summer, we lived in a townhouse and didn't have a backyard so this summer will be amazing for the kids! Its just a plain ol' backyard, but we love it SO MUCH!
