CheckUP!
Carter has a new meaning to preparing for Christmas!
I saw a picture similar to this on pintrest earlier this year and I just had to do it!! What an adorable idea! Plus, he did think it was pretty cool to have a "TEE" on top of his truck!
Carter had his two year old check-up this past Monday and he now weighs 27 pounds even and is 34 3/4 inches tall! And aside from the daily "Owies" he is in good shape!
Carter is your typical two year old boy I think.. SUPER SUPER ACTIVE! And is always in need of constant stimulation! Hes such a busy body which keeps me busy too! Lately we have been putting him to bed between 7 and 7:30 and he has been sleeping in till 8:30ish so clearly he needs it!
I Love this little Big guy so much! And although he makes me exhausted by the end of the day.. loose my patience.. and create a pile of laundry everyday I wouldn't trade it for the world!! I look forward to kissing his chubby cheeks everyday and I LOVE his unexpected hugs... or when Im in the kitchen and he will just randomly come and hug my leg... I love his slobber kisses and lets not forget to love when he comes up to me with a runny nose and so sneakily wipes it on my arm.. haha... thanks Carter! Theres no denying it... I ADORE this kid!!
Bentley also had his six week checkup this past week! He is growing like a weed! He now weighs 11 pounds 3 ounces and is 23 inches tall! He is in the 75th percentile for weight and in the 90th percentile for height... he is going to be tall! For fun, I looked at what Carter was at his six week checkup.. Carter was 10lbs 12 oz and 22 inches tall .. so Bentley is a tiny bit bigger than Carter was at this point. I Cannot believe Bentley is already 6 weeks old.. time is going WAY to fast for my liking! But I don't have much control of it.. so I just cherish every single day!
Bentley has always been a great little sleeper... knock on wood! He usually eats around 10:30 or 11pm and then sleeps till 4:30 or 5:30 .. eats for 15 minutes and sleeps until 8:30 or 9am. We have been really lucky so far. He can also sleep through ANYTHING it seems like! Probably because he is so used to his big brother poking him, rubbing his head.. screaming around him... the list goes on. Bentley also LOVES the swing... which I am so happy about because Carter was not a fan.. so Im glad we are getting some good use out of it!
I ADORE you little Bentley! You make me so happy and you truly are such a blessing to our family! I love getting up to cuddle you in the middle of the night when you are eating and holding you so close to my heart. You bring me so much joy. I Love you baby Bentley!
