We Know Celebrities! Vote BLUE
Ok so like I said in my last post... Bri and I know celebrities! In fact we are even kind of related to celebrities! Here is the connection...
My sister's brother-in-law and his wife are on this season of My Rona Home! So basically, pretty much, my family... in a distant way you could say lol.
I would like to introduce to you Team Blue!
Jordan, Robyn, Jacob and Allie A.U.S.M.U.S
aka. Team Blue!
Now I have to mention that not only is this family wonderful and deserve to win My Rona Home this season on Citytv... but they have quite an incredible story. Last week I received a letter in the mail from Team Blue that gave me a little background on their sweet family. Here is a bit of that letter.
"We have been looking after Jordan's Grandmother for the ast year as she is suffering from Alzheimer's disease and we were newly graduated with loads of student debt. It has worked out great for both of us. We are glad that we were able to do this but are more than ready to have our own space again."
Now don't forget this cute family has two amazing children and while living with Jordan's grandma their privacy has been... limited to two small bedrooms. They long to live in their dream home and are ready to get that elbow grease out and work hard to make it happen.
So I haven't convinced you yet to vote each week? You need to know more? Ok!
Robyn and Jordan have been married almost 5 years. They met at a gig that Jordan's brother, Blake, was playing in.. a slower song was played.. Jordan asked Robyn to dance... and since that night, Jordan has been the only one for Robyn. True Love. Complete Bliss!
They have two beautiful children... Jacob and Allie...
Both Jordan and Robyn want to have more children and they will definitely need more space. Having their own home would mean the world to them... it would mean being able to invite friends and family over for dinner and child proofing their home for their children. It would mean being able to hang their own pictures in the hallway as they watch their children grow and look back on the memories they made. This opportunity means the world to Jordan and Robyn and all of us supporting the Blue Team.
Please, we need your help. I know that Robyn and Jordan are the type of people to pay it forward. You will not only be helping them, but you will be helping a lot of people as they take your votes and pay-it-forward.
So now your convinced? Awesome! Here is how you can help!
First off, go to their facebook page "My RONA Home BLUE Team" and click "Like"

Secondly, "If you live in Alberta the show airs on Citytv (channel 8) at 9:00pm every Sunday night starting April 10th, 2011! If you live in Ontario or BC, I think you need to have satellite in order to watch. So, go to a friends house or if you have satellite, throw a My Rona Home party so your friends can watch to! If you live in the states, the show will be available to download the next day and you can watch it inline. Please note that even if you have trouble downloading it for any reason.. you can still vote!"
So please, join our family in voting Team Blue for this season of My RONA Home. Again, the show starts April 10th (that is this coming Sunday!) and it is on every Sunday night starting at 9:00pm on Channel 8 (CityTv)
Ok so, here is how you vote..
"Simply go to citytv.com/myronahome to vote online. You can vote once a day per computer. So if you have two... please vote on both. You may vote once a day per phone line. So, if you have a landline and cell you can vote twice a day. However be warned... while voting on the internet is free, voting by phone costs 50 cents! You can also meet both families on this link! There are questions and answers, and a chance to size up our competition!"
Bri and I and the entire Ausmus family, cannot thank you enough for your support. We would love for our votes to make their dream come true, but we will need your help and the help of your family and friends.
Please vote Team Blue... maybe next season it will be your story on My RONA Home.
