Double the Volley

 Just when we thought our school and sports schedules were a lot, the boys also tried out for the school Volleyball teams. Because of their grade, Bentley tried out for the Junior team and Carter tried out for the Senior team... and well... they both made it! 

I have gotten to LOVE Volleyball over the last couple of years that Carter has played and although we now have it every morning on opposite schedules with both the boys, it is so worth it! It is busy but we wouldn't trade it for anything! 

This is Bentley's first year playing and he wanted to make the team so bad. He tried his best and we're so happy for him. He has gained a quick passion for this sport, including carrying around our volleyball for the first week everywhere he went. 

They have played only a few games and attended one tournament so far and have done great! They are such a fun team to watch! 

And in their first weekend tournament, with their little sisters doing lines.. they took home silver! Way to go Jr. Boys!!! 

Carter also has played a couple of league games and been in one tournament so far and his team is also so fun to watch! Carter has become so much more confident in his volleyball skills and is crushing it this year!! So much fun to watch him compete at this Sr. level!! Plus he's with all his best buddies so an extra win for him! 

They played hard in their home tournament and came home with the Bronze Medal. So so proud of these guys and all their hard work!! 

I guess I can add Volleyball Mom to my resume now... literally living the best life from the sidelines with these kids! We're about half finished the season and can't wait to see how it all shakes out with these awesome teams!
