Bring it on!

Well, Im not sure how we got here but we did. This is the very last day of summer. The end of sunny hot adventures without school, the end of sleeping in and going to bed late. The final goodbye to not packing lunches. This summer FLEW by. Like, a literally blink of an eye and it was over! How!?

We soaked in the very last week. The kids spent last weekend camping with Grandma & Grandpa Gardiner.

We did flying squirrel with friends, made a TON of cookies to freeze, had a PJ day, hung out with friends at our house with pizza and driveway basketball too!

And while I worked away this past Saturday, Brian took the kids out fishing and to lunch. They all had an awesome time but didn't catch anything this time.

We have officially finished our Summer Bucket List, bitter sweet. Maybe it's time to make a fall bucket list.. or Christmas one!

And as of tonight... we are officially back at it! School starts tomorrow with Volleyball tryouts after school for Carter. Bentley next week and Penny started dance again tonight. Wishful thinking to even have a long weekend off.. We're right back into the thick of it as of 5:45pm tonight!

Penny is taking contemporary, ballet and jazz this year in dance. She is super excited and so are we! I guess there is no sense in mourning the end of summer. It's gone and we can only look ahead to the next little chapter. Bring it on!
