Ya Girl!

Well, another season has ended for our littlest baller. Penny just finished her very first season of Club Basketball. I cannot believe has fast it went and how much Penny developed in basketball this year. To think a year she would have told you she didn't like basketball to now when she can't decide if she likes dance or basketball better!

This little baller played her heart out, was a GREAT teammate and showed up to all of it and we are so beyond proud of her!! She had a super sweet team this season too with the best coach who gave them all matching PINK club hoodies. Like, how lucky are we!?

Watching Penny play basketball games was so awesome. SHE IS FIESTY and I love the husstle she put in every time! She was always all smiles.

Penny even particiated in one of the biggest tournaments Calgary has ever seen! The Alley-Oop tournament was one for the books and her team came to play! Between games, we score kept, watched other games and Penny found herself with friends of all ages living her best life.

The first big tournament, the girls won GOLD! Those smiles!!

And two months later, they won bronze! They were sooo happy around the bronze because "ITS THE PRETTIEST ONE!!!!" Hahaha... little girl ballers are extra special!

I am so happy that Allison was a part of coaching her this season. She LOVES Alli so having her coach was the cherry on top! It was so fun to see her bloom this basketball season and find her place and her strength on the court.

Loving this season of life. Penny, we are so so so proud of you. You are our favourite girl player to watch and we think you are AMAZING!! Way to go, girl! I love you!!!!
