Day by Day.
It seems like every time I sit down to blog, the first thing that comes to mind is.. where has the time gone! Life with three kiddoes is going good. We are super busy with all the things in our daily life like activities, preschool, work, photography, church callings and the biggest of all.. TRHEE KIDS! Our months are just flying by and to be honest I really wish it would slow down. Other than the regular stuff, we really haven't been up to that much, but the next few weeks in May are busy ones and before we know it we will be on summer holidays but until then, I am kinda feeling like Bentley....

I could sleep on a pile of rocks at this point, I am sure! Penny is growing like a weed! I cannot believe she is already 7 months. My little infant is growing into a beautiful little baby with such a sweet spirit. Her personality is a perfect combination of her brother.. she is active and REALLY wants to be playing with you all the time, she is eager to figure out crawling and needs me to be with her 24/7 just like Carter when he was a baby but she is also sometimes really go-with-the-flow and cuddly just like Bentley is. She fits perfectly in with them... not to mention, she is just as stinking cute as they are!!

Penny is ALMOST crawling.. I think. She can get get on all fours by herself and rock back and forth and then she will push herself backwards.. but she has not quite figured out to move her hands and knees forward yet and to be honest, I haven't been helping her because I LOVE that she cant quite move around just yet. I know my hands will be even more occupied when she can so I am enjoying this time for now.
She has been on solids for about a month now and doing well! She has tried, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, peas, zucchini, turnip and carrots as well as apples, blueberries, pears and bananas and she LOVES them all.. especially her veggies, which is a bonus. I make all her baby food myself and love every minute of it! Last weekend, I made her a TON of her regular stuff as well as coconut milk rice pudding, and red lentil and rice soup.. She has tasted those two but they are still a bit to chunky for her and she gags on them so I will wait a couple of weeks and then try them again.

These three cuties keep me on my toes and sometimes I need to remind myself (almost everyday) that they are still so little and just learning and to take a breath when they frustrate me for the 100th time in one day. They do silly little things that crack me up .. like finding Bentley riding penny like a horse..

She really didn't seem to mind but I guess he really isn't THAT heavy. HA! Yesterday was a special day for Carter at preschool. It was "Mommy & Me Day" at preschool. My wonderful Mother-in-law came over to watch Bentley and Penny while I got to attend preschool with Carter. It was lovely. It was SO NICE to just spend some one on one time with my first little man. It was time much needed! Naturally before it, we set the camera to the 10 second timer and took a cute photo together..

And because Carter is a boy and MY silly boy non-the-less, we also opted to take a few crazy face ones too.

Preschool was fun. We got to play together, learn about lady bugs together, do a craft, sing songs and dance together. It was wonderful!! He made this cute little spring flower hat ..

And at the end of the class, he gave me the cutest little craft. Yes, I totally cried.

I am so excited to celebrate Mother's Day this weekend and spend some extra time with my little cuties with no photo shoots on Saturday.. unless I do some of my own little ones of course. I truly am so busy and so blessed. Love this crazy time called Life.
