Pure Delight!

Brian and I always joke about how we totally have "first child syndrome" - where EVERYTHING your little baby does is absolutely amazing... no one else's kid is as cool or cute as yours and every milestone is SO EXCITING!

Today was no different. We got up early and took Carter to get his haircut for the second time. It was so exciting and really felt like it was his first haircut all over again! We brought our camera and started snapping pictures!

He acted just like he did at his first haircut appointment.... was a little concerned, but all in all really didn't care to much.

After a few minutes he noticed he was in a car... he was excited and loved it!

He checked himself out in the mirror at times.... just to make sure she was cutting it even... I'm sure!

And even snacked on a rice cookie for a bit.

And in no time at all his haircut was done and we were thrilled! Now, for the record. I LOVED Carter's long crazy hair.... but it was getting out of control! The poor little boy has hair like me... pin straight and not very thick sooo on an average day it was starting to look like he put his finger in an electrical socket.

Carter did so good today getting his haircut. Not a peep. So before we left I took him to play with all the balls in the ball room!

It was a great morning. Now he is fast asleep with his new haircut! Pure Delight!
